The Bare Abode was created by two best friends, Peyton Smith and Sam Best, as a way to express a combined love for all things order, organization and aesthetic. Sam is currently a full-time fashion stylist in Toronto and has travelled around the country pursuing her love for fashion. Sam has always been an organizer at heart and loves to create unique storage solutions for clothes and accessories. Peyton is based in Edmonton and is currently pursuing her career in Human Resources. Her love for organizing began as a child when she begged family and friends to let her rearrange their cupboards and drawers.

During the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in Spring 2020, Sam and Peyton decided to begin their journey as business owners and share their passion for an organized and minimalist lifestyle. And so The Bare Abode was born!
