How do you ship?

We ship our labels out in STAYFLATS® flat mailers. They will not bend or crease your labels.

We also send out all of our labels on regular postage. We are not liable for any missing packages if regular postage is chosen. You can choose tracking for your package at an additional cost. Tracking is MANDATORY on all orders over $75.

Are the labels waterproof?

They are considered weatherproof. We have done all tests on our products and we have had no issues of bleeding or smudging. If you do have any issues please message us.

Do you ship internationally?

We are so excited that people around the globe want to buy our labels. But, at this moment we are only shipping to Canada and USA.

How does custom colour work?

After adding items to your cart, you will prompted to fill in a form. There you will decide what text you would like to change (main text,sub text or both). In another box you will be asked what colour you would like.
We prefer to have the colour in HEX format. It is the most accurate.

How long to process my order?

On average we should be able to ship your order out the next business day. Maximum 3 business days.

Do you offer refunds?

At this time all of our products are FINAL SALE. If you have an issue with your labels please email us and we will do our best to help.
